Complete evaluation of the effectiveness of supervision and the overall Level II Fieldwork experience by completing the AOTA Student Evaluation of the Fieldwork Experience and reviewing this information with the student’s Fieldwork Educators prior to the end of both Level II Fieldwork experiences.

Each fieldwork agency will have its own student behavioral objectives specific to its setting to guide student progression during the Level II Fieldwork experience. Students on fieldwork are encouraged to assist with site-specific objective modification as needed with the supervision and approval of his/her Fieldwork Educator. Each fieldwork agency may assign student duties and projects that are determined by the Fieldwork Educators at the agency to be beneficial for the student’s learning and to the benefit of the setting.

Students engaging in Level II Fieldwork may also serve as a Level I Fieldwork Educator, under the guidance of the licensed occupational therapist providing their Level II supervision. This opportunity is in compliance with ACOTE standard C.1.8. as well as providing experience related toward evaluative items on the AOTA FWPE.
