In the Spalding tradition of compassion and equity, the library never wants finances to be a barrier to access. Therefore, we do not charge recurring fines on our regular circulation materials. However, please note that replacement fees are charged for damaged, lost, and long overdue items as detailed below:

| Laptops with SPSS software | $500 for laptop & software, $35 for charger |
| ILL items | Fee determined by lending library |
| All other items | Purchase price of newest version of item |
Holds will be placed on the accounts of patrons with damaged, lost, or long overdue items until items are returned or replacement fees are paid.
