AOTA Self-assessment Tool for Fieldwork Educator Competency
The AOTA Self-Assessment Tool for Fieldwork Educator Competency is targeted for use by professionals of occupational therapy (OTs and OTAs), however this program encourages all Fieldwork Educators to read the competency items in this tool to see how they may apply to the individual professional when hosting OT students on Level I or Level II Fieldwork. This tool is located on AOTA's website, but Fieldwork Educators may click this link to be directly taken to this source.  Please read and review this competency tool which is completed on a voluntary basis, but strongly recommended by this program.
