ASOT Site Contract for Fieldwork Education
Establishing new and maintaining existing fieldwork relationships is a mutually beneficial partnership for the agency, ASOT, and ASOT students. This partnership is formally agreed upon by the fieldwork agency and by ASOT per a formal contract (ACOTE Standard C.1.6.).
ASOT will provide the agency with a contract unless the agency prefers to use its own. If fieldwork agencies prefer to use their own contracts, a draft will be emailed to the Academic Fieldwork Director who will work with Spalding University's General Counsel for review and approval. After all signatures are obtained, this program will accept original documents or copies of the ASOT site contract for record keeping.
To view this program's contract template, please email your request to the ASOT Academic Fieldwork Director, Juliet Steffe ([email protected]).
