Most of these programs are freeware. In some cases, users can utilities for a specified period of time or for a specified number of trials for free. Once you have reached the limit, you will need to register the program and pay for a licensed copy in order to continue use.
Fuze- Fuze supports up to 25 participants in a single meeting. The meeting space supports 12 simultaneous HD video feeds, desktop and application sharing, audio conferencing via VoIP, and more. You also get 1GB of free cloud storage space for important documents for participants to download later. Does not have recording ability.
Google Hangouts-Free video calls for up to 10 people. The plugin is free and installs in seconds. Hangouts connects with any device.
GoToMeeting- GoToMeeting offers a free web meeting plan but only supports three attendees per meeting. There are no limits on how many meetings you’re able to host with GoToMeeting’s Free plan, and you can meet for as long as you need to. GoToMeeting is compatible with Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.
Join.me- Join.me is a quick, no registration required (for the free features) remote controlling / screen & file sharing program. All you need to start sharing is to start the app (you don't even need to install if if you don't want to) from "https://join.me/", and send the code to whoever needs to see your screen. It can be anywhere from one to 250 people, and all they need is to type the code on the same webpage to join your meeting.
Zoom-Free virtual conference meeting site which allows 50 people to join in a virtual meeting.Meeting maximum time is 40 minutes. Video and desktop sharing applications available. Subscription provides more robust and enhanced features.
Gabbly- Allows you to embed a chat system in your site. Gabbly has the ability to provide your site users with multiple chat rooms. Users can also make chat rooms semi-private so people cannot just guess the name and join from outside of your site. Anonymous users may chat using a configured nick name.
Pidgin- Pidgin is a chat program which lets you log in to accounts on multiple chat networks simultaneously. This means that you can be chatting with friends on MSN, talking to a friend on Google Talk, and sitting in a Yahoo chat room all at the same time.
ZohoChat- ZohoChat is a web based chat system allows multiple chat session simultaneously. All chat sessions are archived and chat transcripts are available. Conference chat possible.
