Moodle Joule, our learning management system, supports only the latest two versions of each internet browser release. We highly recommend updating to the newest version of whatever browser you are using as well as the most up-to-date Flash plug-in. As of March 2014, our LMS supports the following desktop browsers and Flash versions:

NOTE: We have found that the security settings within Internet Explorer cause excessive warnings and block some content within Moodle. The majority of our end-user issues are resolved by using Firefox or Chrome.
1. Go to my.spalding.edu
2. Type in your username and password (same one as for e-mail) if off-campus.
You should now be logged in. If you got a login error, please double-check your portal username and password. Try using the same credentials to login to Moodle if asked a second time for a username and password. If you cannot logon to the portal contact the help desk at 866-604-5605.
Now go to the middle column of the portal page and click on the link for your course.
If you do not see the link for your course that means the professor has not made the course available yet, you should contact them via e-mail. If the problem persists and assignments are due contact the help desk at 1-866-604-5605.
