Tutoring Overview

The Math Lab is located in the University Library on the 3rd floor in room 326. The Math Lab can be contacted by calling (502) 873-4168 and by email at ykim01@spalding.edu. The Math Lab is free for all students and can help in Basic Math, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Statistics, and Calculus.

Study Hall in the Academic Commons

What is Study Hall?

Study Hall is a block of time that students can drop in to the Academic Commons and work on their classwork, as well as get assistance from Academic Support staff (librarians, writing specialists, tutors, and more!), and work collaboratively with other students from their classes.

What’s the benefit to me?

Students who have attended Study Halls say they felt more organized and better prepared for class, were less stressed and had better grades, and had more time to relax and have fun on evenings and weekends.

Who can attend Study Hall?

Anyone! This benefit is available to all Spalding students.

Note: some students may be required to attend Study Hall. If this is the case, be sure to sign in and record your time.
